CSENT Telemedicine

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have aimed to minimize traffic in the office and see appointments on an urgent basis only. We have done so with the intent of “flattening the curve” and creating a safe environment for patients, staff and providers. With the being said we understand your ear, nose, throat and allergy problems don’t just go away because of this situation.

Much to our surprise, we have found that many ear, nose and throat conditions can be properly managed via telehealth. Our providers are available for telemedicine consultations on a daily basis. In order to join you must have:

A cell phone, computer, or tablet with:

  1. Camera
  2. Microphone
  3. Good-Excellent internet speed (wireless or wired)

To the right you will find a video which will provide instructions on how to join a Doxyme appointment with one of our physicians.

To participate in a telemedicine consult with a Colden & Seymour Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy physician you must have a pre-scheduled appointment.  Please call the office so we can assist you in scheduling your telemedicine appointment at 978-997-1550.
